The practice involves writing down your desires in positive, affirmative language on pieces of paper and placing them in a bowl lined with natural fibers. During sexual activity, as you approach climax, focus on these intentions. After ejaculating into the bowl, the cloth can either be buried or washed in a natural body of water, symbolically offering your intentions to the Earth.
