Hi Davey. I really appreciate all of you guys for what you do and when I am passionate and care about something like Himeros and all of the people responsible in the making of it I just have to let you guys know how much I care about you. I so enjoy the podcasts. I wanted to comment on Dr. Holly Richmands's question about fetish. First she is a real cool, smart and beautiful lady. I really enjoyed listening to her and what she had to say. I'm answering her question as it pertains to me about a fetish with Pierce's balls and the sucking and stretching even though she was asking in general. For me it is not a fetish. Pleasure mapping can certainly be a fun game for partners, but it's also a basic tool and technique that I use with clients as a somatic sex educator. It's a wonderful way of helping a person discover erotic 'points' of pleasure in their bodies that they might not be aware of otherwise. In my experience, every time I've pleasure-mapped a client that person has discovered something new about their bodies that they had no idea was possible. Gently stroking the back of someone's ears brought up intense emotion for one client. Another had no idea that his genitals could be erotically charged without actually having an erection. Another discovered the wonders of his perineum which he'd never really explored before. It's a great tool and I love Finn's idea of taking the time to explore the stories behind these various modes of touch. The person who reacted so emotionally to the ear stroking had a beautiful story attached to that touch, one that he'd forgotten. It was such a joy to witness his remembering a long-ago event and a loving relationship with a grandmother, long gone, who used to stroke his ears when he was a toddler. Moments like that are so deeply satisfying both for the client and the practitioner. xo

On the topic of straight porn for women, as a cisgender woman, it has been a turnoff since late puberty. After about 3 straight porn movies, they became boring. Then I looked into Bi ( MFM or FMF) and then Queer as Folk was popular so that was like porn with a story. I discovered M/M authors (majority female) and those books led me to explore. On top of that watching men is visual stimulation after reading hot stuff and including toys => good outcome.
