In Magdalene, curiosity leads to transformation. A wandering seeker enters a mysterious temple and encounters a creature of flesh and desire - an ancient guardian of sensual power. Drawn into its orbit, he is consumed in a ritual of carnal surrender and ecstatic awakening. As their bodies entwine in waves of passion, the boundaries between human and divine, self and other, dissolve. When the ritual ends, the initiate is reborn - not merely touched by the creature’s hunger, but remade in its image.

Inspired by the mythic essence of Mary Magdalene - the union of the sensual and the spiritual - this Himeros.tv ritual film celebrates desire as a path to divinity.
